A few months prior to this magical day we have such a great opportunity to meet with Gary & Morgan and do an engagement photoshoot, this for us is such a great way to get our couples comfortable in front of the camera & also with us.
We meet at the wonderful venue of Poets Gallery where we were greeted by their lovely wedding co-ordinator who gave us a brief tour and allowed us a sneak peak inside of their AMAZING chapel, only being quite new it wasn't your typical modern style chapel. It was gorgeous, with big wooden doors, wooden chairs lining the aisle's with beautiful little animal's carved in them, I absolutely loved it. With a big glass backdrop over looking the forrest below it was breathtakingly gorgeous.
After the engagement shoot we had a walk around the venue whilst going over some details before the big day, which is always great to do especially if you have the chance to do so in person.
Moving along to the wedding day we arrived at Altitude on Montville to do both Gary & Morgans bride & groom prep. Its great when they are in the same location, another one of our favourite things on wedding days! Starting with Gary, & not long after moving onto Morgan. The weather wasn't amazing that day, but on days like that you cant let anything get you down, not even a little big of rain! Morgan still had a smile on her face regardless & we loved it! Having her Hair & Makeup done by Nessi Hair & Makeup Morgan looked absolutely beautiful!
The ceremony was beautiful, short, sweet & straight to the point. Before long it was time to do our photo's section. As the weather was still a little bit rainy we stayed inside the chapel & still captured some beautiful shots.
The reception was fun & full of laughter. Morgans parents had put together quite the "speech" as they presented a flip board full of humour and a short film made by them, & I have to admit I was crying I was laughing so much. It was brilliant!!
The staff at The Poets Gallery were amazing, & we highly recommend this beautiful little venue.
It was now time to say goodbye & with the newly weds the best of luck, and a life full of happiness as we departed to make our way back home to the Gold Coast.
