Nick and Lydia first meet at UQ University approximately 10 years ago now, both studying to be an accountant. It was during this time that they became close, and ultimately developing a beautiful relationship with one another. Over the years, they both had traveled for work and at the end of every day, they still had a loving, caring relationship just like they did the day before.
Meeting with John & Irene a short while before the wedding at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove going over the details for the big day, and when I say ‘big day’ it was a massive day! With the tea ceremony in the morning, bridal party activities following this, photos section prior to and after the ceremony and then a big night of dancing and fun!
The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove is always a beautiful place to head for a wedding and we were very excited about William & Elenas Wedding, We where doing Photo & Video as well as our Photobooth for them with our 6-hour package which meant not covering the getting ready process and starting at the ceremony.
The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove is one of our FAVOURITE venues on the Gold Coast. It has so much to offer as a wedding venue and the locations for photographs are endless. So it makes sense that their Wedding Showcase is one of the busiest open days for us in the year.
From the moment I meet both Brett and Leo I knew it was going to be a fabulous day.
Meeting at the Intercontinental with David, Brett, Leo and their special guest we went down to the reception area and had a good look at how this was all going to unfold. These two had something special in the works and I was already excited to see it in action! I havent meet the queen before…
Meeting with Dean & Laicey for our pre wedding catch up, we meet at her hair dressers with a glass of champagne & a platter filled with cheese. What an awesome meeting I thought!! When I meet them both they were easy going & such lovely people to be around.
We went over some of the finer details for their wedding which was only just around the corner. Planning to have only a small intimate wedding in Sanctuary Cove, it was clear that this day was going to be just as cruisey as these two were.
Moving along into the Intercontinental wedding photography session is was time to have some fun! We love to make things as interactive as possible, by playing games to get them all moving and having fun. We took some beautiful images in the chapel, followed by taking a stroll around the intercontinental grounds. With such a wonderful venue, it’s not hard to find some great little spots.
Hi everybody Rob here, we where so lucky to spend the day with Lachie and Dakota at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. Our mission for the day was to capture beautiful Wedding Photography and Wedding Video whilst keeping it fun.
Wedding at The Intercontinental are always nothing short of spectacular. That chapel is so iconic just about everyone in the industry knows about it.
Each & every year we are so very lucky to be apart of such an awesome day. Bringing vendors from all over the Gold Coast together, & for us its just a fun day to get to meet new couples, mingle with vendors and have a good time. Wouldn't exactly call it working..
This time we were coming back to our second home to shoot the wonderful wedding of Charles & Alicia. & what a brilliant day to be doing so. I had such a great time getting to know these two throughout the course of the day. From shooting both bride & Groom preparation all the way to their reception by the lagoon.
As most of their wedding day was conducted at The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove it was super easy to get to and from their pre-getting ready sections, ceremony and photo section. The ceremony was as expected, incredibly impactful and full of emotion. Our favourite part of any wedding is the ceremony as there is always a few tears and laughs from the crowd and the couple. You really get to see how your couple, particularly Ben & Marie interacts.
